Help Needed for Unfinished Project
I started 2 versions of Lace Kimono in the May 2009 issue of Creative Knitting.
One is being knitted on size 6 needles with black “I Love This Yarn” super soft sport. I have completed the back and most of the left front. I am excited at the look and feel and can’t wait to wear it. I feel I may have to add a strip with a couple patterns on the sides when I stitch it together for a good fit.
For the other I am working with size 10 needles using a variegated yarn. Unfortunately I have lost the sleeve so I don’t know what the yarn is. Add to that the problem of not enough yarn so I need to get more.
Do you recognize the yarn? I think it is Patons, Lions Brand or Red Heart, but am not certain. I think I purchased it at Hobby Lobby. I believe it is a sock weight or similar. Maybe not. Self striping ? Can you help?
