Knit-Out: the day before
We arrived at the hotel, right across from the Mall of America. Traveled through Iowa where there was a lot of open space and snow. I’d post more pictures but they all pretty much looked the same. Open space and snow. Did I mention it was cold there is a lot of snow????
Anyway, passed through Iowa and into 
Minnesota where it was even colder and had more snow. Through the whole trip Bearemy sat in the back window, iPawd in his ear and excited for another road trip. He tags along on most of our travels.
We walked around the Mall of America to get our bearings together. As listeners of Prairie Home Companion we wandered through the Lake Wobegone Store. From there we checked out the Build A Bear Workshop and enjoyed playing around Lego City. 
We enjoyed a pleasant dinner at Bubba Gump and headed back to the hotel where knitters have invaded a conference room, sticks and yarn in hand to share stories, ideas and knitting/crochet tricks.
It is late and the festivities start at 10 tomorrow. I will keep you posted.
