I love to follow the posting of Kathryn Ivy.  Last week she posted a toddler summer dress that was adorable. Many people commented so she worked hard to make the pattern available on ravelry.  She has now worked with the pattern and made it available. It is a combination of using a knitting bodice and cotton fabric skirt.  There is also a pattern to make a little shirt instead of dress.  You can see the dress modeled and her notes on the pattern on her blog.

I have to get started now. I have a granddaughter and a great niece each celebrating 1st birthdays this summer and they will look so cute in the shirt. I will post the progress.
